• The company is not responsible for any sizing errors resulting from the customer's input on the website. Due to the nature of the service provided—custom tailoring—there are no returns or exchanges for abayas tailored upon the customer's request.

**Repair and Exchange Policy**
We offer free product repairs in the event of any manufacturing defect or order fulfillment error, provided the request is made within 10 days of receiving the order.

(Used products will not be accepted)

Products can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

**Refund Policy**
The refund will be processed to the customer's IBAN account within 5 to 7 days.
